Bradycardia symptoms from stress/depression
At first, I thought it was an electrolyte imbalance again, but the hospital attributed my symptoms to chronic
stress
, anxiety and depression caused by home circumstances. Though my pulse is regular, it is slow i.e. under 60 BPM.

Notes to former self
Yes
IT
does get more intense with
stress
of all types and it is physical. You are according to one hematologist 4 weeks from death and the medics you are dealing with have no clue what to do for you but very confident in that what they can do is the best that can be done.

I am as best I can as I improve my understanding and therefore self treatment the paradoxical effect of both eustress and emotional
stress
and with exercise. That is a rough row to hoe. Keep an eye on "cofactors" is not helpful to me. I am working on how to administer "cofactors".

The changing ages and stages of ADHD
For much of his life I have been his coach, so I have been able to manage his play time, to try to keep his
stress
levels from getting out of control. I haven't always been successful, but with each episode we learn more.

Seafood shows promise as a future Parkinson's disease medication
All of these substances play a role in Parkinson's disease, for example, by reducing oxidative
stress
, preventing dysfunctional mitochondria (small "factories" in cells), aggregating the alpha-synuclein protein, and counteracting inflammatory processes.

Anxiety & urine problems
I’ve posted a few times on this wonderful forum about problems with
stress
& anxiety. A question I’ve never asked concerns bladder Incontinence. When I took diazepam, I had no problems.

Advice for Ongoing Condition?
I then started collapsing, and any
stress
would cause me to need to go to bed as I was light-headed. I went to my GP and after the typical frosty reception (all in my head, high-
stress
lifestyle) I pressed for tests and had a call a bit later that I had a B12 deficiency. Recommended supplements.

Problem with EBV
Hi all I have active EBV, but I can't take Lysine because it reduces my sleep-5,6 hours and I sleep very poorly by waking up several times during the night. My question is, is there anything else that can successfully replace Lysine. I've tried taking Valtrex, but I'm even worse off it, because it's

Back at it
Decided to do a Mindfulness run on the NRC app so chose the '
Stress
Free Run'. Great choice. I didn't listen to any music as it can feel a bit antisocial when you're running with someone but instead concentrated on our surroundings.

Hello I am new here
I am 23 man, overweight, non smoker, from the UK, like my cholesterol, bp, ECG.
stress
test I've had have been fine. Despite the symptoms I get (chest tightness, arm pain and jaw pain) the doctor are not concerned and assume it to be something within my body and/or anxiety.

What's a hashi flare and could my change in results be due to that?
We moved house between those two tests so I have been under significant
stress
. Do you deal with a flare (if it is that) in the same way as being over medicated? How long do things take to go back to normal?
