pressure sore - healed after over a year on bed/sofa-rest
Around March last year I noticed a sore patch but because of
stress
of moving (in July 2022) I ignored thhe red flags. By the time I had moved the pressure sore was the size of a fist and Grade 4 - they wanted me in hospital as I don’t have care 24 hours.

Whiteboards, post-its, timers, oh my - what is your bridge to change from unstructured to structured time with an adult diagnosis?
I've also never voluntarily requested more accountability in my life and that sounds scary, and I'm trying to move away from using
stress
and anxiety as motivators.

Partly due to the
stress
of the past few days and partly due to the
stress
of having to go for a run. You found out that running is more mental for me than I could have ever imagined and I love that I "harden my mind" by running. So I ran out, but I really didn't want to meet anyone today.

Fitting in is bad for your health
This is a terrible feeling and generates
stress
and anxiety. If you are longing to fit in or be normal I ask that you hang in there. Remind yourself that you haven’t found your group YET!

What causes autoimmune diseases?
, vaccines,
stress
etc etc. As a non expert I found it fascinating, and a radically different message to the one I have heard from conventional doctors over the years. I would be interested to hear the views of others on this forum.

Stressed out and sad
I have this cute hamster named Teddy and holding him doesn't always help, but sometimes I get some relief from my
stress
. Money is not abundant right now and for the girl that is great with numbers...is terrible with money when I am stressed. I just need a break.

2023 Running Wrap Up
Running has also helped me with
stress
management, providing a healthy release to channel
stress
as I find peace with the flow of my movement and retreat into the inner workings of my mind.

when does your low TSH stop following you around the NHS?
Makes you wonder if the
stress
before hand had altered the results? The test did show quite obvious postural hypotension problems on standing and high HR compensating for this…has any record of this ever been recorded/ suggested re. hypothyroidism ( and/ or treatment)?

Understanding the Complexity of Complex PTSD - Read Shigeko's Story
I began to understand that when a child – already in a vulnerable formative stage - is exposed to repeated and prolonged
stress
, their brain and nervous system can be altered in a way that makes them more susceptible to future
stress
and challenging situations.

Can't sleep. What else is new?
For real though, I'm swimming in
stress
and my body's feeling it now which is disturbing because I know what's next, fibromyalgia inflammation and headaches. Anyone have any good suggestions to help me sleep? I suppose I should get off my phone idk. Thanks for reading.

Pre afib signs
I don't know whether to go back on regular dose and let amiodarone kill me or stay on or even off amiodarone and let the anxiety and
stress
do it. Any input would be very appreciated. Have a Beautiful Day.
