Hope everyone is well and managing okay. I was just wondering if there are any support groups running in Hertfordshire. Or anyone who is open to making one in this area. It would actually be really nice to have some friendly faces to meet for a cuppa or something once a month or whenever and no pressure because we all understand how it feels to suffer if cancel last minute or change plans or anything stress free.
Pop me a message if you're open to this idea and live in this area.

I have applied for the groups but there isn't anything going on that I have seen for months maybe I should give them an email or something so they know I'm interested but still don't mind organising something casual myself. Thank you for your reply x
Years ago I had the same problem with a holistic therapists group, there wasn’t a local one so I started one, two others then helped. It’s much better if you get some help. Keeping interest is hard as is finding a day that works for most. Keep in mind you’ll never please everyone. I used to produce a newsletter to keep interest going, not sure that would work here.
It is very worthwhile though and it’s so helpful in tackling the condition. I’ve found the local group helpful. You’ll be pleased you did I’m sure. 🙂
Hi Annabel, I'm in the Herts Endo group, but there hasn't been an in person meeting for a while. They are linked with the Bedfordshire group and that one does have some meetings, I think in Luton if that is near you?
You're right just looked online and can't see an email address. If you go to the Endo UK website, go to support groups, then Herts and Beds, there is a link to join their mailing list so that's probably the best way.
Hi, im in Hertfordshire and would be up for a support group or a meet up(im in Hertford but happy to travel). Im on the facebook group but havent seen anything recently about a meet up. Carys
