Cognition improved after ablation?
The main finding is that there is a temporary dip in cognition for 3m after an ablation - presumably due to the
stress
following an ablation.

Concerned wife
I have heart health anxiety and am really upset about this, I am trying not to
stress
hubbie about this, but surely something like this should be being fast tracked in case he has a heart attack. Is this common as we age, he had COVID with pneumonia, could that have caused it?

Letting people down because of IBS
The
stress
has been awful the past 3 weeks to a month now. I kept "positive-talking" myself and saying I need to be resilient like I always was before. Then I went ahead, and should have been travelling Tuesday.

She is convinced that
stress
is part of the problem and that CBT would help my RLS. I can't see it myself but would be grateful to know if anyone has found it helpful. Many thanks.

I have ALL of the symptoms of PA and it is ruining my life. My GPs won't look further.
They quickly did nothing, assigned it all to
stress
(even with massive neuro symptoms they act like I am making up!!)

End Game Isolation
It takes effort to shave and dress appropriately and be ready on time for an appointment and that creates
stress
and that ups the PD at exactly the wrong time. Preparing for a dinner at home with guests does the same thing, even if it is just family.

my mom won’t put me on anxiety meds
In the last 4 years I’ve been experiencing
stress
-induced psychosis. Anxiety has totally ruined my relationship with my family because I would be too anxious to sit with them and have them judging me.

Maslow's Hierarchy of needs, interoception, neuroplasticity and Dr Bessel's approach to managing FND?
"Inescapable shock" (the body keeps score) is when our body relives the
stress
and doesn't know how to shut off the
stress
signals. The body thinks/learns (neuroplasticity) we are still in danger. The accumulated
stress
has to go out somewhere?

Stress Management
I haven’t been to work in a week. Im not proud of myself and see that I may lose my job and am ashamed of the example I’m setting for my children about work ethic. My husband’s family has been quarreling and we’ve been in the middle of all of it. His parents need help managing their estate, healthcare

How to treat bad LPR (silent acid reflux) when hypothyroidism?
Leave 3h before going to bed after dinner, manage/reduce
stress
etc... which I am doing. Wondering if anyone has advice or could share their own way to deal with this because I'm struggling at the moment. Or what other sort of doctor (Functional/integrated medicine?) I should see. Many thanks

Tough spot
THUS:
Stress
for me. I'm about at my wits end. I cannot discuss anything of importance with her, She immediately vocally interperates everything I say to fit her screwed up thinking and it is driving me nuts. It makes me doubt myself among other things.

Applying for retirement on medical grounds, wish me luck
It has a
stress
score, a sleep score and more importantly it has an incredibly useful “Body Battery “ which is designed to tailor your workouts to (I used to be a runner and a cyclist etc ) but now it’s main use is “ do I need to rest?” I hope this year brings you personal progress.

pressure sore - healed after over a year on bed/sofa-rest
Around March last year I noticed a sore patch but because of
stress
of moving (in July 2022) I ignored thhe red flags. By the time I had moved the pressure sore was the size of a fist and Grade 4 - they wanted me in hospital as I don’t have care 24 hours.
