My IBS Team Sheet – 7. Anxiety - General Anxiety Disorder G.A.D. (How I manage)
I have been putting off writing this post for a while now, as for me, anxiety is the biggest subject area to discuss and also my biggest problem alongside
stress
that I have to manage on a daily basis.

Good news, hopefully REM
I am hoping this suggests that the REM sleep was due to
stress
whilst I was in employment (I retired 3 years ago. My last incident of REM was in May 2023. I have written back to the clinic, but could it be "No more REM?"

New study indicates that taxifolin "could" reduce chronic inflammation, promote healthy aging and improve healthspan of lupus sufferers.
[i]Linda May-Zhang, PhD, VP Innovation at Blue California and an author on the study told Longevity.Technology that taxifolin shows promise in addressing oxidative
stress
and alleviating lupus symptoms by inhibiting NETosis.

Concerta XL starting side effects
I’m unsure if it is the meds (as she often has headaches which seem to be
stress
/tension related from trying so hard to focus and tiredness) but as the headaches seems more prolonged than usual if it is med related can anyone advise on average how long it takes for initial starting side effects to wear

New Years Resolutions
That way, I can be successful, and not
stress
out. Here’s my 5 goals for the year and how I broke them down: 1. Read 30 books for the year 2. Become proficient with AI and ML (Machine Learning) and how it can aid me in my business 3. Walk 900 miles 4.

Test results got worse after a year
Obviously we'll get on with it and we can still work with these results, but the worry is that things are deteriorating fast and it adds another element of pressure and
stress
onto things yikes Thank you!

Waiting to go back to work
On January 26th I went on leave from my teaching position due to a toxic work environment,
stress
, and trauma. My therapist released me to start working a four-day week beginning March 1. I met with the superintendent, HR, and union rep on Feb. 26th.

'Fertility Solutions' DNA testing and consultation - and Andrology solutions personal experience please
Any further tests recommended would have results discussed in a follow-up consultation (30 - 40 minutes £175). 2) DNA Fragmentation & Oxidative
stress
test completed first (£425), for which she strongly suggested that both be completed in your case.

inflammation on hydroxychloroquine and 5mg of prednisolone
I’ve had to start using
stress
balls because gripping them actually relieves some of the pain. I’m wondering if anyone has had a similar experience or has any suggestions on what I should do? Or if I should just not do anything

MRI stress scan
Three weeks ago I had a
stress
MRI scan. Some of you may recall that I was terrified of the effect that the injected medication would have on my heart. I almost backed out but many of you took the time to reassure me and in truth it was not as awful as I had expected.

is this a flare?
My GP wanted to reduce my Levo on Nov but agreed to monitor it because I’d felt so awful when she reduced it from 100mcg to 75mcg earlier last year I had covid before Christmas and a tummy bug that laid me low in the new year, alongside quite a lot of ongoing
stress
with ageing parents and all that

Ventricular ectopic runs
His take was to reassure me all was OK and not to
stress
over it - which I mostly don't to be honest I think. He didn't suggest going further with tests as he thought there would most likely nothing to find and to carry on as normal with exercise & life etc.
