Ventricular ectopic runs
His take was to reassure me all was OK and not to
stress
over it - which I mostly don't to be honest I think. He didn't suggest going further with tests as he thought there would most likely nothing to find and to carry on as normal with exercise & life etc.

All in my mind, apparently!!!
Had a telephone conversation with my Rheumy a few weeks ago, which was 9 months since the last one – in a year when I had experienced considerable
stress
in Health, Work and Bereavement.

Heavy legs and breathlessness
This started after a period of severe
stress
last year. Do any other fibro friends experience this? I have hot baths with Epsom salts and rub legs with Pernaton cream which gives short term relief but a soon as I start walking on a hard surface it happens again 😪.

However, since January I have experienced heightened levels of
stress
and anxiety, which may have contributed to this thyroid imbalance.

convincing sister to get help
Yesterday Jessica mentioned to me about ms
stress
and it made me think of my sister. She is an emotional basket case and having manic episodes. According to my research 15% of ms patients have this. The problem is she hates the thought of this probably because of my wife.

feeling overwhelmed
My anxiety and
stress
levels are bad and the depression is even worse and that’s with medication that I take every day. I don’t know if I’m going to make it I just feel so overwhelmed and I feel like giving up!

Severe hypertension despite meds
Stress
is the trigger, whether good
stress
(excitement) or bad
stress
(long list for anyone these days) and I'm sure it pushes my cortisol level through the roof as I have many symptoms. My GP has contacted endocrinology who say my T3 dose is too high and must be reduced.

Genuine NDT source please
Usual story - I've had several clueless GPs, cant get a referral for love nor money as my results don't warrant it, tsh only of course because symptoms are put down to
stress
and a busy lifestyle and medichecks aren't accurate because they aren't NHS.

Sudden AMH drop?
However, between the two tests, I had the most
stress
of my entire life, including a death in the family, the fertility treatment itself, the first heartbreaking failed transfer and the crushing miscarriage. I'm wondering if this could be
stress
-related? Google is vague on this.

OCD and memory
I have felt like this for a long time, and lately it is scaring me as with having taken SSRIs on and off for years and also the continuous
stress
may lead to worse memory as I get older and even worse.

New here 🤗
I was sent for X-rays to make sure there were no
stress
fractures, which there wasn’t. I was then referred to rheumatology again ( privately). They did bloods, and I was called last week to say my ANA was 1:640 homogeneous . ENA was negative for rheumatoid factors.

Wanted to share my recent experience with load dosing and stress, etc.
So my life is very high
stress
and can be physically draining. Lately because of the growing season and several high
stress
situations I have been struggling with many illnesses.
