Originally in October my doctor said the diarrhoea was probably to do with
stress
anxiety & the hyperthyroidism. I have had
stress
poo’s in my life I said this definitely does not like that.

Pretty Lady PTSD Mary
Have had a breakdown in 97 due to flashbacks not remembered and abuse done by family members. I always remember the abuse done by my father who was a monster.Only now there was more abuse by him to add to my story. PTSD opened doors to numerous mental health issues along with unfortunately physical health

I'm a primary school teacher who jumps around classes, and the
stress
of work makes it harder to get up in the mornings. I'm a mum of two and have a busy life with volunteering.

Reducing miscarriage risk
so far, here is what I gathered: 1- there is not much you can control 2- anti spasmodic meds are good esp. after a reduction in embryos to avoid contractions 3- no vigorous anything, from exercise to chores 4- low
stress
, healthy eating, prenatal vitamins, rest, some walking to keep blood

Fibromyalgia Diagnosis - What next?
He watched me cry my eyes out, told me to get my
stress
under control (I already work very hard at getting this under control as it's a massive trigger for my arthritis).

Blood test results - high haemocrit, high Hb
Managed to get off some unhelpful antidepressants ( made me worse and took years to get off) and then had horrific
stress
as husband diagnosed with cancer. So my last blood test has come up with high haemocrit and haemoglobin and this has terrified me so much and cant stop thinking about it.

Mandatory reconsideration pip
I rang them to do a mandatory reconsideration, this is causing me a great deal of
stress
as I relied on the award I'd originally had to at least get me out once in a while, now I'm just going to be existing in 4 walls. Has anyone had any success with mandatory reconsideration?

I was really hoping these trigger point shots would work, but they are not and with all this

I am literally not doing well at all.

Early testing? Yes or no?
Hi everyone I'm currently 5dp5dt with my first fet (failed fresh transfer in Sept) I'm good not testing early, I worry I could get a false positive so even if it was positive I'd doubt the result and
stress
about it 😂 My OTD is Wednesday 7th Feb. My husband starts a new job on Monday 5th!

I expect the
stress
on my body of the winter here and or the

of my healing from more effective/appropriate supplementation are factors.

Bank Holiday fun (not!)
My body seems to have finally cast a vote about how it feels about that
stress
, with the racing heart (albeit thankfully no signs of erratic beats per the ECG) and elevated blood pressure.

Grueling stress and health anxiety
As some of you may have read in my earlier posts the last couple weeks, it's been a very hectic and stressful time. I work in a 6 story building that is being sold and since I'm in Facilities, we've got the bulk of clean up/clean out responsibility. In addition, not knowing where we're we moving to yet
