Have had a breakdown in 97 due to flashbacks not remembered and abuse done by family members. I always remember the abuse done by my father who was a monster.Only now there was more abuse by him to add to my story.

PTSD opened doors to numerous mental health issues along with unfortunately physical health issues.

Recovery is definitely a day at a time. God bless us all. Mary
