Flare management
This is probably due to a number of issues arising simultaneously and causing a degree of
stress
. Symptoms primarily stiffness and tightness in neck. After a week of suffering I decided to increase pred to 5.5mg which has eventually started to have an impact.

Deep-rooted anxiety
I've been grappling with what feels like an exaggerated
stress
response to minor triggers, leading to overwhelming anxiety and panic attacks. It's become apparent that despite my efforts in implementing various coping strategies, I haven't been able to effectively manage this heightened anxiety.

Today was a good day
I think moving forward to get rid of this cancer will bring a bit of relief, though I know treatment and follow up brings a whole other form of
stress
. I keep telling myself…one day at a time… Thank you for all your support over the last few weeks! It’s meant so much. 🙏🏻

6th Runniversary
It has been such a roller coaster of a week, I had to go for a run to try to de-
stress
. The celebrant came to dad’s this morning to discuss the arrangements for mum’s funeral next week and I then had a 3 hour drive home, by which time it was raining.

How to not rely too much on loved ones?
Because it is not his baggage to keep me
stress
-free. But he is my closest friend that I blindly trust and deeply love. And he is the closest person, I have with whom I can share anything. Before him , I used to lock up my emotions. With him I am able to show emotions better.

Yet Another Tapering Question
After some extra
stress
and very cold weather this past winter, I had a major flare and ended up back at 12.5 for a week, followed by 10 for another week and finally down to 7.5 where I have been for 10 days.

extra fatigue from being in public?
While we were able to spend a much needed quality time together, she expressed feeling of anxiety when we were walking into the mall and general fatigue after some shopping, seemingly being caused by a
stress
level. I feel like she used to like going to the malls more.

Paralyzed by depression
I've had constant and extreme financial fears, anxiety, and
stress
in my adult life that I'm pretty sure has caused me to sink into depression.

Been crying at the drop of a hat - are my hormones messed up from the (failed) ivf rounds?
I just want to be sure that aside from my
stress
there isn't a physical issue that I need to sort out. Any advise would be really welcome. Thank you, and sorry for the late night rant.

Anxiety/worry and extreme itching
The last three weeks or so, I've been under a lot of
stress
and starting having random, intense itching. It started as just my hands, then my feet off and on, then random spots like scalp, face, arms, etc.

This time around I haven’t worked in 1 year, but I’ve applied to a lot of jobs (health insurance field/ good hours/ less
stress
) with no success bec. of my employment history). Tomorrow I’m going to look for a less desirable job like patient care (bad hours/ more
stress
).
