Nytol
Hello, I am 22 years old, in the middle of exams, with
stress
-related insomnia. Scared of not getting enough sleep. I have zopiclone, but I don't want to take it unless I have an extreme insomnia episode (eg 48hr of no sleep). I was offered Nytol by my GP, the classical once a night formula.

Does anyone suffer with medical anxiety?
I do have some logic and think that if I do feel a bit ill or have this or that wrong with me the
stress
of stressing myself out thinking it's worst case scenario makes symptoms phantom or in face not as bad as I think they are .Does anyone else suffer with this ?

breathing and health anxiety
I’m back dealing with a bout following a stomach bug and work
stress
. My whole system locked up and slowly became almost unbearable. This time it’s feeling as if my breathing is being placed under pressure as I’m so bloated. The odd times it’s lead to a few skipped heartbeats.

Music therapy
I thought this YT video was interesting though, not least because some years ago I experimented with subharmonic vibration to
stress
relieve high alloy carbon steel. It worked.

Message of Victory and Hope
I started Spravato today. Already a major shift has happened with my thoughts. I feel lighter, no anxiety, no worries (and coming from someone with PTSD and panic attacks, this means a lot). Spravato is amazing. My abusers already saw a change in me, too, and have been unhappy about it and I. Do.

The
stress
from that prognosis ended me up in A&E from being told. Then found out heart was swollen & only working at 20% (50-60% is normal) Now on various drugs, including bisoperol & Entresto. Still have palpitations. Waiting for an MRI to give more results. Not overweight.

Stopping cyclogest at 8 weeks
My clinic says their guidance suggests I can stop cyclogest at 8 weeks, but I can continue longer if stopping then will
stress
me out. Just looking for experience of anyone stopping at 8 weeks? Update: Decided to keep going with cyclogest for another week (to 9 weeks).
