Hi all it's been awhile since I posted I think started to struggle to go toliet again I'm sure it's due to stress I don't wanna take any laxatives as iv been able to have toliet without them is there anything else I can take like any vitamins what help u go toliet

hi Ella1992, maybe try drinking lots of water and eating food which is high in fibre – fruit and vegetables. Prunes might help.
Slippery elm, aloe vera juice, marshmallow or homeopathic remedy - probiotic with b. lactis in sure helps
Prune juice! Readily available from all supermarkets. Start with just one small glass and see how it goes....
Yes, I agree, prunes, I eat them daily without fail, no more than 5 or 6 and a few dried cranberries. Also, make sure your getting enough vitamin D especially during winter months. I take Milk Thistle too.
