Flare management
This is probably due to a number of issues arising simultaneously and causing a degree of
stress
. Symptoms primarily stiffness and tightness in neck. After a week of suffering I decided to increase pred to 5.5mg which has eventually started to have an impact.

Bad marriage and no family....
I am in a bad marriage and my family is not around and/or do not care. Due to my health I can't move out. His personality and the way he deals is really affecting my will to live. I don't want to be here and I feel it will be a matter of time. I am sick of battling MDD and PTSD. I also deal with an

Today was a good day
I think moving forward to get rid of this cancer will bring a bit of relief, though I know treatment and follow up brings a whole other form of
stress
. I keep telling myself…one day at a time… Thank you for all your support over the last few weeks! It’s meant so much. 🙏🏻

My CLL has Transformed
She’s not sure how long or if a remission with epoch is going to happen and I’m wondering if I should put my body through all the
stress
and pain if it’s only going to give me a few extra months. Anyone had epoch for Richter’s here? Renee

Building Resilience: A Guide to Navigating Difficult Times
Resilience is not about avoiding

BPM is worrying me
I passed my
stress
echocardiogram a few weeks ago and have only just been able to see my Cardiologist who thinks everything was going well. My blood pressure has always been high and my cardiologist has doubled my dose of Metoprolol from 50mg to 100mg per day to help with this.

Intravenous Iron, oxidative stress and vitamin E and selenium
I have been reading about the possibility that some people may experience oxidative
stress
with intravenous iron therapy. I thought this article was interesting as it states that vitamin E and selenium are powerful antioxidants that can somewhat mitigate this problem.

6th Runniversary
It has been such a roller coaster of a week, I had to go for a run to try to de-
stress
. The celebrant came to dad’s this morning to discuss the arrangements for mum’s funeral next week and I then had a 3 hour drive home, by which time it was raining.

Silent reflux symptoms?
My GP can't either, and their final diagnosis is it must just be
stress
and I should take antidepressants or put up with it because they aren't going to investigate any further.

8 hours of feeling well/wonderful.
I right now do not have a formal evaluation designed which I have not done as I am sick of all the work to find a way to heal and then deal with the
stress
on my body as it heals.

It feels good to be heard
It causes great
stress
to our systems to feel out of step with everyone around us. We just aren’t that far from the animals we once were. If you are an animal and you are alone your
stress
goes WAY up because you are in greater danger, true life threatening danger, than you would be in a group.

stent chest pain 3 years after stent
I had a
stress
echo last year which was normal. My cardiologist says its muscular. I can't seem to get rid of it what ever I do. Its better in the summer and worse in the winter. It can start when walking but gets better, but no breathing problems. Can last for hours but does not spread.

Anxiety
I suffer from bad anxiety, and PTSD from childhood to now, and am 61 years old. I'd like to join this group to see what others do, or get new ideas on helping with these issues. I do mindfulness and breathing techniques, adult coloring. Can't do a lot of exercises because of DDD, and other back problems
