I have a lot of
stress
in my life and wondered if this has caused a flare_up. I'm terrified to eat but feel worse when I'm hungry. I despair sometimes as now I cant even go out with friends for a meal. Any diet suggestions please š

Extra stress
I had a physical injury in March that added physical pain to my days and nights. When I returned home from a Care Home, I was even more isolated than before, because I couldn't drive yet. ( I live alone). I belong to a senior phone group that has "classes" every day. There are a few serious ones, like

My brain is blank from anxiety. Mom has too much. I feel bad for her and sis
I can't even panic like i usually do when i escape and start calling everyone, I'm just petrified.I
stress
because mom's suffering and when she sees me stressed, she starts telling me how she's suffering more than me.

Graves in couples
I find it intriguing although I could be just a coincidence and simply
stress
plus genetic predisposition.

Should we go ahead with Stimulated iui?
A reason for going ahead now is that I've recently had a hycosy test and read that the time immediately after gives you higher success... and life is a bit quieter so it would cause less
stress
if we were to do it sooner rather than later.

Trans son cut me out of life
The
stress
and anxiety is great. We put him through medical school and totally remodeled his house so I don't think we deserve this but what do I know.

shift work
nights only, stiffness and pain in the mornings make it impossible to be anywhere for 7am in the morning, nevermind then working for 12 hours, I was told I was covered by the disability act but my employer (NHS) seem to be ignoring this, Iāve also had two joint replacements, itās causing me so much

After being on top of the world for quite a long period of time (which I'm so very grateful for), I am going through a terrible flare (assuming), the reason(s) for which I think I know...both physical and emotional

in short order.

help for arousal incontinence
My recovery has gone fairly smoothly - I had no
stress
urinary incontinence after the catheter came out and haven't really needed pads, and my erections are slowly starting to recover (been taking Cialis 20mg/day).

Parkinsonās cure versus settling for remission Reflections on the topic introduced by another member
I also think it alleviates some of the
stress
caused by my lack of control and therefore reduces my overall anxiety. It is also a great motivator to stay in the program. We all need reasons to stay positive to avoid succumbing to despair

stress
. My pain is pretty constant medication helps a little but generally always there. Sometimes sharp, dull, in different locations and just makes me feel hopeless. Anyone else suffering ?

Follow-up?
However, regardless of the number or severity of episodes, or whether I feel well, is it advisable to request regular follow-ups such as ambulatory ECG (holter monitor), echocardiogram, or cardiac
stress
tests annually or every two years?

Nytol
Hello, I am 22 years old, in the middle of exams, with
stress
-related insomnia. Scared of not getting enough sleep. I have zopiclone, but I don't want to take it unless I have an extreme insomnia episode (eg 48hr of no sleep). I was offered Nytol by my GP, the classical once a night formula.
