skipping heartbeats or flittering
I’m 28 and have been dealing with these since having extreme anxiety when I when 16 years old but these didn’t start happening until i was around 20 years old I’ve had normal echo test,
stress
test and ekgs. They scare me every single time. Sometimes it will flutter like 3 times in a row

GCA Duration Expectations
Or will I always have to be extra careful regarding physical and emotional
stress
, etc.? What are common experiences for those of you who were diagnosed with GCA more than a year ago or more? Thank you!

9 months away from running due to injury, but now able to start the programme again!
I have had a suspected
stress
fracture ( wasn’t in the end!), bilateral plantar fasciitis and peroneal tendonitis . I have had shock wave therapy, steroid injections and lots and lots of physio! However, today my lovely physio has said I can very slowly and carefully start running again!!🥳🥳!

Stress management is one of many things I am not very good at...
I tried many many to start it but it didn't and after 5 minutes my extreme
stress
condition came. Sweating when it is 15 degree celsius, shivering and regrets.

I am wandering if the

Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy
I’ve been under immense work related
stress
the past 1.5yr. Consultant has stopped my HRY and Duloxetine 60mg cold turkey. He had introduced two new drugs called bisoprolol 2.5mg an ramipril 2.5mg. I honestly feel like crap. Dizzy, confused, chills, brain zaps, dry cough.

Vit B/Folate Advice Needed Please
As I had some B12 tablets here as well as Jarrow 400 mcg folate I took both this morning and wonder whether I should carry on doing this or whether I should include the Thorne B
Stress
tablets as well or ditch the "
Stress
" tablets altogether and get some more B complex.

I dont have anyone with me, and this would
stress
me out even more having two people talking to me at the same time. I have a rough idea what they will ask me but worried I will go blank. Any ideas and advice very much appreciated.

Malar Rash
I get these rashes in a variety of different ways, always driven by sun, heat,
stress
or medications. Are there any other autoimmune disorders that cause facial rashes? I’ve found reading the posts on here more helpful than my Rheumatologists/Google so just wanted your opinion.

Laparoscopy with amenorrhea
I have a history of hypothalamic amenorrhea which might be due to endometriosis but also likely
stress
, and I'm wondering if, without a period, the potential endometriosis tissue might not be there at the moment as the hormones that instruct the lining of my womb to thicken and shed aren't firing.

Ideas/thoughts
Obviously, the
stress
of work may therefore be a factor, but I'm genuinely confused about the timing. There seems to be no link to what I eat either. Any thoughts would be gratefully appreciated.

feeling lost and alone
hello folks, Having a tough time with work
stress
, some health worries and to top it off I have a driving test next month. This is driving my anxiety into overdrive and making my depression worse than ever. I have a partner but we are long distance.
