anyone else living with this?
are you on any medication? I find this happens when I’m in a panic and due to my medication
Hi Kingchris, I use to get those skips and flutters too.
My doctor told me to hydrate more in order to help the blood
flow more efficiently. When we are dehydrated, the heart works
harder to oxygenate the body.
I also started looking into Meditation and Relaxation at that time.
Of course, this was just my experience. Always follow your doctors
orders. My best to you xx
You did the right thing having those tests. Now you know for sure what you've known all along, those irregular beats are a common symptom of anxiety and will do your heart no damage. If it was otherwise the doctors would have told you so.Therefore accept these flutters as a normal reaction to stress and anxiety that do not put you in harm's way.
No need to let them scare you so why beat yourself up for no reason at all? When they come just let every muscle in your body go limp. Relax. The heart is the largest muscle in the human body and the toughest. And you are still young. So accept the flutters as no threat to your well-being. Soon you will forget to notice them and then one day not too far off you will remember your flutters and note you haven't had any for quite a while.
I do have it too. Have gone for all test and everything came out normal. I think it's anxiety. It's always scary.
mine come in different forms sometimes they are very faint and feel like flutters and other times they are like thuds
