Thyroid bloods graves

I have finally managed to get my latest blood results added to my NHS app so I can share. This is all new to me so I’m not sure what the results really mean, Graves was diagnosed a couple of weeks ago but I can’t find that test in my app. I’m back on Carbimazole after not taking them for a week as I felt funny so had to have my white blood cells checked, that all came back ok so I’ve been back on them for the last 7 days. I’ve had a rough few weeks, really bad anxiety, insomnia, fatigue, aches & pains, diarrhoea, my GP did some extra tests, most due to the amount of diarrhoea I had, diarrhoea has now stopped & have been constipated for the last 6 days, I’ve now received a positive qfit test of 107 so have now been referred for a colonoscopy. My stress levels are through the roof, I know the stress makes everything else worse.

TSH < 0.008 miu/L [0.35 - 4.94]; Below low reference limit

FREE T4 Serum free T4 level 19.6 pmol/L [9.0 - 19.0]; Above high reference limit

With Graves’ disease is not unusual to see FT4 over 3 times normal range. Your FT4 is nearly back on range.

FT3 should be tested also.

Essentially TSI or Trab is tested. Unless positive carbimazole may be wrong treatment.

10mg is low starting dose so the medication reduction would be slight.

Sorry your now having more investigations with other test.

My GP said me Trab came back positive on 22nd Jan but I can’t see those results in the app only the notes. I have a follow up with endocrinology on 4th March, I’m back in to have my bloods tested again the week before. I cannot see any test for FT3 so I’m presuming this means they haven’t been done.
