stress

Reducing or eliminating IBS symptoms
I thought I should share this, if your IBS symptoms is frequent stooling (not diarrhoea) you can try peppermint oil capsules say 30 mins to 1 hour before a meal (once a day) combined with deliberate reduction in
stress
and relaxation from worry; I believe it will work, at least 90% reduction.

Stress on liver?
I’m wondering if having a colonoscopy and endoscopy would put a lot of
stress
on an already compromised liver. Would the anesthesia drug they use harm the liver? Anyone have experience with this?

Surgery Cancellations
I feel like it’s sometimes better to just have it done this way bit like ripping a plaster off (leaving me less time to
stress
) but now I’m terrified it’ll be day before. The consultant couldn’t say (which is understandable) but just wondering if anyone has gone through the same. Thanks!

Back and leg pain
However I am now in a lot pain with my hips, knees and back that feels like pulled muscles but the pain seems to move to a different site everyday - I have under a lot of
stress
recently so this has caused a flare up. Is the pain I've described part of this fibro flare?

Breakthrough Afib episodes while on Flecainide
I presume the culprit is increased psychological
stress
(my mother in law with dementia stayed over for a week) , and from then on the daily Afib became the stressor. Kind of a vicious circle… Any suggestions how to break this circle? I tried excercising but then my heart rate skyrockets…..

Ivf versus work
I also want to avoid extra
stress
from constantly taking time off. How did you manage this? I'd also appreciate any recommendations for private IVF clinics in London that are known for flexibility and a supportive approach.. and about positive pregnancy.

Feeling defeated
I was hospitalized last night due to all of the
stress
and got a work note from the doctor giving me the weekend off. When presented to my manager she fired me and then told me a bunch of lies as to why I was fired. But unfortunately I can't prove anything.
