completion of two year course.
Does anyone have any answers of what to expect when off the
steroids
, I have so far resisted going back onto a low dose as awaiting a telephone consult with doctor in mid May, but as this doesn’t seem to be improving , feel I may have to restart albeit reluctantly . Comments appreciated.

blood sugar and prednisalone
Has anyone found that their blood sugar has increased since taking
steroids
? I’ve been on
steroids
for nearly 3 years and when I tapered to 2.5 my blood sugar was normal. After a flare and having to increase my
steroids
to 5ths (I’m now tapering again) my blood sugar test went up from 40 to 43.

Gardening wobbles
Could it be due to the
steroids
, or lack of calcium, I have been on 7mg prednisolone for quite some time ? Any help would be appreciated.

lutetium 177
after exploring options in Germany and London my husband had his first treatment in London on 6 April, he had pain about day 10 to 14 as the
steroids
finished and then pain passed. We were not expecting g the continual bleeding that started on day 18.

Liothyronine Trial
I am not a well person as I have Polymyalgia (PMR) for which I take prednisolone, have ongoing symptoms of hypothyroidism and suffered from low cortisol before the
steroids
suppressed all production. It's difficult to tell whiich symptoms are caused by what.

Doctors orders to reduce prednisolone.
She tried to get me a rheumatologist appointment , they said they would not see me whilst on
steroids
as they didn’t think I have PMR , I know from reading your posts that this does happen not every one’s bloods show inflammation .

Antineutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) Vasculitis
Treatment for vasculitis includes using
steroids
along with other medication the suppress the immune system, such as cyclophosphamide or rituximab. I am not coughing up blood like one of the symptoms. But I cough a lot, very thick clear mucus.

Another round of departments
Due to the
steroids
it took me 10 days to get discharged. I'd had an air leak (for those of a certain age, I sounded like Orville the Duck for 4 days) and despite a drain there was still liquid sloshing around.

Future Hollywood Blockbuster…
At the same time, big pharma, the ‘Big P’, fights to protect and transport the SMD’s to, let’s say Fiji, where SMD’s live out their lives, in luxury paid for by the Big P (sound like the copay programs on
steroids
?) Here’s the challenge for those that made it this far😂😂😂….

Now I have diverticular disease to go with the PMR, Thyroid, Reynauds and EM
This is apparently another condition that is at least in part due to the effects of
steroids
and possibly also Omeprazole. The 2 drugs I cannot give up! I am so upset. I just hibernated yesterday. So my question is - anyone else?? I seem to get all the side effects and its hell!

PMR second time around!
Well I can prescribe you a course of
steroids
, if you would like me to. This is all by text. Yes I would like, and I'm going to need more than a course, this is going to be a long haul, I look forward to working with you😉 She's calling me 27th June for updated.

Back for another go
Ive had a break as my health has been poor but I've been told I need to go back onto
steroids
and at my current weight, that will be disastrous. Last time I stuck pretty rigidly to around 800 calories a day and managed to keep my weight gain to 2 stone.

Snerd again, GCA to PMR?
The rheumatologist was concerned and he consulted the endocrinologist Who said that it was just a result of long term
steroids
and will eventually resolve. That’s it
