Symptoms
Can anybody relate? My symptoms are all over the place. With anxiety I experience every symptom known to man, with depression I have a sense of doom, sadness, eerie feeling. BUT when I try to sleep, I keep waking up jolting out of my sleep or snorting trying to catch my breath but I was told that I do

Oi Vei!!!! Adderall -.-
My doctor tried me on a combination of Nuvigil and Adderall to combat my narcolepsy. First dose was yesterday and I will NEVER do that again. I felt like someone plugged me into a nuclear power plant and when it wore off I did a barrel roll style crash with an emotional meltdown in tears. Bad. Day.

REM Behavioral Sleep Disorder and PD
Hi, I am new to this forum and I thank you for accepting me in. I have been diagnosed with RBSD and have read in several places that 70% of those who have RBSD go on to develop PD. I wake extremely stiff every morning, I have issues remembering things when I do not take my Nuvigil (speed) and I also

PLMD leg ache
I'm new to the conscious experience of PLMD so this might seem to be a somewhat naive question. During the day I have a dull ache as if from strenuous exercise, mainly in the right thigh but sometimes in both legs. Since my PLMD focuses mainly on my right leg I assume that this is in reaction to the

Generic Drugs
I have been taking the same drugs for a few years. I take Stalevo, Ropinerole, Trihexyphenidyl and half Sinemet CR. These have worked well for me. However, my GP has advised that they intend to change my Ropinirole tablet with a tablet called Repinex XL This appears to be the generic trade name and

Warm Water Therapy
I took my Aunt Bev to a swimming pool to day and its the most relaxed she has been in a long time, I would recomend it to anyone who has PSP it is so good for them her body was weightless she was able to walk around the pool more than once, the smile would not leave her face, and on the way back home

Curious about AFib and Apnea
I have been getting more and more tired of the side effects of my current drug therapy. I have Afib and HOCUM, hyper-tropic obstructive cardiomyopathy. The Cardiologist and Internist seemed to think I should be tested for Sleep Apnea. What a disaster. The sleep center had an overbearing chemical

T3 and Desiccated Thyroid Prescriptions
The spreadsheet below corrects the errors in the original versions I posted as a response yesterday. Have also, hopefully, improved the spreadsheet! The entries are sorted by Region, Area, PCO and Practice. I have included Liothyronine, Cytomel, Nature-Throid, Erfa and Armour in the single spreadsheet

Melatonin vs amitriptylene
I've been on amitriptylene for 20 years, mostly at the 25 mg dose. Last year I had breast cancer and during the entire chemo, then surgery, then radiation phase (about 9 months) I did not have one migraine. Two weeks after this was all done, I began experiencing migraines about every 2-3 days for at

Anyone here familar with rapamycin
My doctors are planning to subscribe rapamycin also known as Sirolimus. Mainly because it seems to give good results with aPL antibodies. Is the use of this medication familar to anyone? It is sometimes used, or more often? And are there any knownresults? At this time I have considerable inflammation

Musculosceletal pain even after TKI treatment
I thought that this might have relevance to those of us in the future who may be discontinuing ibrutinib. This article was about another TKI imatinib, but it is worth noting here since it seems to occur in 30% of patients: [i]Discontinuation of therapy is being explored in patients with chronic myelogenous
