Help with getting pregnant

Hi all, have had endo now for about 6 years. Had laparoscopies and tests etc. at the moment I'm just waiting around.

I've been thinking about wanting to get pregnant however I'm on a lot of pills and worried. Also it's basically impossible for me to have sex any more (my poor partner). Plus if I was to come off my pill I bleed all the time, so I'm in a really difficult situation.

Anyone had similar or that can help me?
