Week 6 (The Return): When is a dog too old to learn new tricks?
It is getting dark, and rain is threatening… I like
running
as it is getting dark. My eyes adjust, and the wind rustling things makes me jump. I think about vampires.

So, in addition to telling us about your recent

running
wazzockery? Stay safe, run happy!

I am now
running
out of time and I fear I will not have my badge in time to be able to use it. My husband is now touching 80 . I was just wondering if this is the start of the crackdown but the government has been talking about.

Peroneal tendinopathy
I have been told that it can take between 3 months and a year to resolve and is made worse by
running
, which is very discouraging.

The Dark
I feel like I’m
running
up a really steep hill. I see a spot of light so fight with all my might. I see some faces which gives me a bit of go. All of them are people that died long ago. I fight and fight and gradually reach the light. The light is fantastic and so so bright.

4K at the lakeside 😊👍
Not cold enough for
running
tights yet! Happy in my shorts and t-shirt. For me, almost perfect
running
weather - maybe I like it just a couple of degrees cooler. We did our warm up walk together and then I took off. Although I’m a slow runner, I’m faster than he is!

Wilmslow Half Marathon done!!
Yesterday my brother in law and and took on the 13.1 miles challenge,
running
for Cruse Bereavement having amassed a great amount of sponsership for the charity. I passed the finished line in 02:18:09 - knocking over 25 minutes off my PB, along with a new 10k PB mixed in.

week 3 run 1
i have to get my ears done in 2 weeks, im a bit worried having oil in my ears will throw my balance and make
running
harder, but i need it done before school starts. I am hoping the
running
will help my stamina so i can do cpr easily. anyway really proud of myself, i made it this far.

Spring has Sprung... and there are new ideas in the air..
Love it or loathe it... it works... and is a great exercise for supporting, every single bit of our
running
body and our mind too! Some of our most awesome runners here are regular Yogi-s. I am using the MAY, GREET, programme with Yoga with Adreine.

A run with Rob Deering’s Running Tracks Radio Hour
This morning I chose to run to Rob Deering’s
Running
Tracks Radio Hour on Spotify. Rob Deering is a comedian, musician and podcaster, also known for one half of the
Running
Commentary podcasts, two chaps chatting whilst
running
(and recording their chats whilst
running
).

Curry on Running!
Maybe they’ll then say the best time to go and run hard when all the flies are out so you swallow them as you’re
running
along. At that point you can officially call them a wazzock. Well, this wazzock had a great time!

second attempt at writing
I’m a slow 5ker and that would have meant another 13-15 mins of
running
which I think is pushing it for me at the moment.
