π Catch up run & a gift
Running
is an evolving story! I thought I would be happy to do my 3 x30 min slow runs forever! Now I am hungry for more! I have always said that
running
gives us unexpected gifts! This is one of them for me!!

CATCH up CORNER. DECEMBER. WEEK 1.... Come on in, there is a Warm Welcome.
It is just as important as the
running
and the exercises. Taking time out to sit back, relax and breathe. Do something, maybe just one thing that gives you time to do something for you. Some TLC for your mind and your body.

A tale of 2 parkruns
A nice warm up walk, bit of
running
, more squelching.

On the injury couchβ¦π
Feeling frustrated as my
running
had been going so well π© and I am about to break up for the gloriously long school holidays when fitting in my
running
is so much easier. Hopefully, a few more days rest will help, along with some gentle stretches and magnesium baths! Happy

CHANGING-ROOM CHAT. WEEK 4. Welcome. There is a voice that does not use words. Listen.
We start slowly, we hold back, trying not to spend too much cash on
running
gear, in case we don't enjoy it, and we take it steadily until, suddenly almost, without us realising it,
running
is a part of us. We look forward to our runs, we look forward to each new week of the plan.

Keep going & listen to your body (& your head)π
just finished week 7 (3 x25 mins) and starting to really enjoy
running
again ( well almost). My normal route involves quite a bit of uphill country lanes and has tended to limit me to around 4.5 mph. In recent weeks I have taken a short drive to a local park for the final run of the week.

Today was the day!!
Looking forward to continue my
running
journey now that I'm officially a "runner", starting with tackling my first Park Run hopefully within the next few weeks! Hope to check in again soon :)

A good start to the running month
It was good to be out in our home area and even better to be
running
again. Hoping July will be a good one :)

Was that owl cheering me on?
I have just got back after completing my first run of week 9, 30 minutes of
running
non stop. I am very fortunate that I live in a village and I, now, run (π) down a quiet lane with fields either side.

A very grey, under caffeinated 8k!
running
everyone. Every time youβre out there itβs a win, whatever you think about it.

W9:3 βI (donβt) want to break free-eeeβ
Then I thought about
running
after C25K, and how easy it would be to slip out of the routine, if I didnβt run when there wasnβt really a good reason not to. So I donned the clobber - thin leggings, thin sleeveless top (I have finally learned my lesson), and stepped out.

Week 1, run 2, six months later. And no red kites.
On my last pass most of them had gone and one lady was returning back, and asked how long I'd be
running
so I explained briefly, and she wished me luck. Some people are lovely π

second attempt at writing
Iβm a slow 5ker and that would have meant another 13-15 mins of
running
which I think is pushing it for me at the moment.

Exercise and AF
Currently I am back
running
but taking it slow 1 minute run 1 minute walk, this seems to be ok. sometimes going into AF but the breaks in
running
seem to make it manageable. The problem is I want to get back to my 5K and wondering whether I will be able to, or if I need to change my goals.
