Another Cloud Walk
I am currently
running
and walking and working out to my clouds-inspired song playlist, and there are some beauties on there. So here is a Spotify song playlist all themed appropriately to the topic of clouds: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/7wascHedsDEm8VqXLQGVnW?

Weird
On the tv it's night and there's diesel motor
running
and instantly I smell diesel fumes. 40 years ago I worked in the oilfields and often worked the night-shift loading and unloading oil pipe to be transported to cargo boats.

Running Out of Treatment Options; LU-77
Hello everyone, Unfortunately chemotherapy did not work for my father as there is progression on one of his nerves in his legs, which contributes to his inability to walk. My dad is set to start the LU-77 trial in September. If this fails, are there any other options? How effective is LU-77 and

Post illness run
I will see how the rest of the week goes & try not to stress about not
running
as much as normal. I echo what OldFloss said about
running
slower! Itās really lovely to enjoy
running
whatever the pace! The photo is where I complete my run & gaze (catch breath!) at this lovely view!

I haven't had any music while I've been
running
up to now. I think it might be good to try.

Any ideas?
Since then Iāve continued mostly every other day
running
. Iāve decided to do the NRC 10k Iām on week 4, Iām still doing alternate days so resting as usual. For the past maybe 2/3 weeks Iāve noticed my left hip wonāt turn out externally e.g sat or lay with knees bent & drop left hip out.

Last run of C25K in sight! (Hopefully this Friday)
I had the best of intentions of continuing
running
after C25K - joined all the groups and looked at the plans for consolidating and improving - but now I just want to graduate and never look back!

I spent much of my time doing high speed chases after my peak cap & then slow
running
to slow down my breathing & my racing heart. I think I recall Coach Bennett saying a speed run was fun! A 3K run done ā I am glowing & feeling good.

Running for 60 minutes is cool, right?
Yes I'm taking the
running
shoes, but won't be training, just enjoying new runs. 10k can wait.

here we go againš¬
Original plan was to start with week 1 but I felt great after my warm up so when I started
running
I ended up
running
( slowly), for 4 mins, walking for 1 minute, 3 times and then walked home triumphantly.

Done it! Whoop! Whoop!
They run the program a little longer, over twelve weeks,
running
for 45 minutes in week 12. Consequently we ALL ran 5k! Iāve done it! Itās my Christmas present to myself that I have finally run 5k. Itās been really helpful reading all the posts on this forum, so thank you all too.
