I’m a slow 5ker and that would have meant another 13-15 mins of
running
which I think is pushing it for me at the moment.

A very grey, under caffeinated 8k!
running
everyone. Every time you’re out there it’s a win, whatever you think about it.

First Blaze trail race report
This was the inaugural
running
of this race, celebrating the Bruce Trail and its white markers or blazes on trees along the way. A grassroots event with just under 60 participants, the race itself had no markers apart from the original Bruce Trail blazes.

NRC 10k plan: second run of week 2
Ten days of no
running
meant that it was a way bigger deal to get out there than it should have been, despite it being a warm and sunny 11C. The last run I did was the Week 2 Day 5 recovery run of 25 minutes.

CATCH-up-CORNER...OCTOBER...WEEK ONE... Come and Join Us...
It is about
running
. We all have our reasons for
running
, but I cannot help feeling, that
running
with apprehension or fear, should not be included in those reasons. You are
running
. You are a runner, from that very first non-walking step. You are amazing. Believe it.

Looking for a new clinic specialising in 40plus abroad?
I am 42yrs, so I know time is
running
out for any success. I am also single, so I know some countries won't accept that. I just want a clinic that has had good results and a good embriologist! If anyone has any suggestions can you please DM me? Thank you,

Bach had gone
Been to the doctors to get some strong anti inflammatory and she told me to give up
running
. I have fibromyalgia so I always leave a few days between runs. I go at a 🐌 pace and have good
running
shoes. I am really upset as I was enjoying it and don’t want to give it up. Help!!!

Struggling so much, need motivation to
I used to be in love with
running
but haven't liked it as much in recent years. Now I barely struggle to keep this programme up :( Its a mix of my health (I get tired easily) and motivation (I can be kind of down sometimes) Please please share any tips or motivation that help you.

More germs and a catch up
I had a fabulous run early last Saturday morning..
running
up the field as the sun was coming up 🌄 My eldest boy was 7 last weekend so I knew I had to be up early as there was lots going on. It was a thoroughly enjoyable run.

Crack in cranioplasty
Some time ago however, I started getting some sudden pain (once I felt an electric current
running
through the back of my head; at age 40). After an MRI and CT Scan, it was found that I somehow developed a crack in the plastic part of my skull.

Update
I left it a couple of days and then ran 5k which I did find hard, especially in my legs but I did run my fastest 5k to date at just over 31 minutes I will be keeping to my usual activities this week which is a mixture of swimming,
running
and yoga/pilates and then have an easier week next week in

Week 5, runs 1 and 2. A jog is still a run
I went down with a sinus infection and any
running
was out of the question. So.. this week, better, but still shattered and seriously wondering whether this
running
idea was just ridiculous and impossible. Luckily a few posts on here put me straight. I gave myself a good talking to.

Return to school tiredness
I’m always looking for post school healthy snacks or energy boosting ideas as I think we are
running
out of energy just at the wrong time for the school run. Especially when they haven’t eaten all their lunch. I will be grateful for all ideas - Thank you 😊

Arnika/Methylcobalamin delays
I thought I'd ordered in plenty of time so as not to run out but these delays
running
into January are going to cut it fine...

So, after several years of cycling and not
running
, being a 'once upon a time' couch to 5k graduate, I have put myself back on the program.

Lung club; lung disease runners?
There’s a charity whom are holding a
running
fundraising event, you can do from a 5k all the way up to an ultra. The charity have really helped my mental health during a very rough year post diagnosis and IF I can manage
running
(a big IF), that would be a goal event to join.
