Back on that horse
My bike managed to get me home, but it was two weeks before I was putting on the
running
shoes again! Happily, I can report that yesterday's run was shortish and uneventful. I'm back in the saddle! A flamboyance of flamingoes!

Pacs, Please Go Away !
I’m kind or worried, many questions
running
thru my mind. Did the ablation fail, do I need a third one, will these pacs kill me or shorten my life. Will they go away……. If it’s not one thing , it’s another . Just getting fed up.

Just a quietly normal week
However after talking to a fellow 'older'
running
buddy this morning I realise I just have to accept that I came to
running
later in life, ie 10 months ago when I turned 69 so I can't expect to be as agile as if I'd started 50 years ago!

Hello I am now almost 5 months post-ablation and doing well with no AF/flutters since, and have resumed moderate trail
running
, cycling etc feeling great. I was taken off all medications except apixiban.

A very grey, under caffeinated 8k!
running
everyone. Every time you’re out there it’s a win, whatever you think about it.

Post op chest pains
One year after the operation I started with an aching soreness between 3 ribs on the left hand side of my fib cage
running
towards my shoulder.

Consolidation run number 3.... NRC first speed run
In a past
running
life I did the c25k speed run quite a lot but really enjoyed this NRC one. I did my 5 minute walk, then the warm up 5 minute jog before starting the intervals. I LOVED them!!

🍂🏃♀️🍂 October Quest week 1: Leaving summer behind! 🍂🏃♀️🍂
Let’s hope we get some beautiful, cold, crisp days that are my favourite of the whole year for
running
. Any other autumn fans out there? I’ve already seen some beautiful photos from posters and would love to see more.

Finishing cardiac rehab - what next?
I'm really keen to get back
running
safely. But There seems to be so little guidance once the course is over. I wondered if you guys had any info on programs that are curated by cardiac physios aimed at getting back to a high level of fitness? Thanks

I ran 5k in 41:41, my fastest time for a 5k and while I was
running
I felt strong. I will be incorporating them more now!

Unable to print Kardia ECG from ancient iPad
I've just spent a totally frustrating time trying to get around my 10 year old iPad,
running
IOS 12.5.5 (cannot be updated apparently) to print an analysis report from my Kardia for my husband.

W5 R3 - Where did that come from?!
20 mins continuous
running
. Didn't see that one coming. Even Jo Wylie seemed a bit embarrassed asking me to do it! Total torture. But... I did it... just. The last bit was uphill and I was begging for the music to cut out and Jo to say 'slow down and relax'.

second attempt at writing
I’m a slow 5ker and that would have meant another 13-15 mins of
running
which I think is pushing it for me at the moment.

Service
I book an Uber to get to the bus as the bus gets to the ferry but the Uber takes the longer route and misses the last bus
running
(keep in mind I just got off work so I couldn’t go earlier). So my partner and I shook it off and decided to go for dinner.

Week 5, runs 1 and 2. A jog is still a run
I went down with a sinus infection and any
running
was out of the question. So.. this week, better, but still shattered and seriously wondering whether this
running
idea was just ridiculous and impossible. Luckily a few posts on here put me straight. I gave myself a good talking to.
