i discovered the secret to managing the 3 minute, run was to focus on the song. One song and the time is up.
my treat today was raw carot and chocolate spread, i know it is silly but i love my treats.
i have to get my ears done in 2 weeks, im a bit worried having oil in my ears will throw my balance and make running harder, but i need it done before school starts. I am hoping the running will help my stamina so i can do cpr easily.
anyway really proud of myself, i made it this far.

Well done x you will need to find longer tracks as you progress! Try beetroot and choc it’s gorgeous - somewhere online there’s Jamie Oliver’s recipe for a cake do try it for a special occasion ( like your graduation perchance…) x good luck, keep going it WILL happen xxx
