hi everyone after completing my first parkrun on the 12th August with a time of 32 minutes I have been running regularly since then every Monday Wednesday and Friday early mornings…..my best time now is 30 mins and 33 seconds for my 5k and I am now training to get up to 10k (I have done 6k …7k ..and 8k very slowly with all my stretching exercises before and after …I hope you all doing great (new and old runners alike )
I tell you what was a game changer for me …Brooks running shoes (who knew ??) I wish I had bought them before graduation 🧑🎓 🤷♂️

That's a great update James, looks like you're on your way ☺️.Have to agree, it's amazing the difference the right shoes can make (or in my case, maybe I mean NOT wearing the wrong ones?? 🤔 😁)
