A new year, a new (re)start, and another memento from covid.
So, the ear infection back in November caused vertigo, which stopped me from
running
because it just felt too weird. I was just getting back from that when I got what I thought was a sore throat, but it turned out to be covid.

Like

in a swimming pool. Then I remembered a pretty little country lane I’d found once by accident.

Suppressed TSH again!
In February, I persuaded my Endo to increase my dose back to 100mcg, which she did reluctantly and even wrote to my doctor saying "[i]Previously when on 100mch, TSH was suppressed and T4 was

on the higher end.

Sunscreen Advice?
Also, the longer the event lasts, the more often I re-apply sunscreen, and the more I do that, the more I end up with sunscreen
running
into my eyes and white streaks all across my face. I would really like to figure out a better way to re-apply sunscreen on my face when I’m at outdoor events.

advice needed please! Recurrent losses
So I’ve never seen heartbeat or anything: I’m 38 now so worried I’m
running
out of time- is there anything from your experience to add in? I’m seeing my ivf docs soon but they always just say ‘unlucky’ because I’m on everything!

Jeffing with the Running Group 😊👍
Definitely could see myself getting into trail
running
, who would have thought it! 😊 It was a warm tonight but I think I’m getting used to the warmer temperatures of
running
in the evening.

Running machine...? No thanks...😎😁
Despite the title of my post, I just wanted to applaud those of you who complete the C2-5K on a
running
machine. I completed the program road and trail
running
and now take part (on and off) in a local ParkRun.

A great video on the effects of 10 years MAF training
This has always been something I have been interested in from around a year after starting
running
, especially when I was
running
regular 10k's Like many, I found it very frustrating as I needed to stop
running
and walk for a while every few minutes to keep my heart rate below my MAF Max.

Keep going & listen to your body (& your head)😀
just finished week 7 (3 x25 mins) and starting to really enjoy
running
again ( well almost). My normal route involves quite a bit of uphill country lanes and has tended to limit me to around 4.5 mph. In recent weeks I have taken a short drive to a local park for the final run of the week.

Always love
running
on Arran. Windy but not enough to affect the runs. Didn’t bother with listening to Steve Cram or music. Rough timing with my Apple Watch and enjoyed the sound of the sea.

Dealing with RSD
It doesn't matter if people say they'd like to hang out or they've been supportive and reached out in the past, once they stop, I feel like if I did, I'd just be
running
after someone who's trying to show me they don't really want me there. My guess is sometimes it must be true and sometimes not.

Few good

Run 1 of week 2 done and no issues
I think
running
with someone seems to take my mind off of the
running
and the 90 seconds seems to go really quick (but so does the walking bit!!).
