I did week 3 run 2 this morning looking a bit like a tyrannosaurus rex, trying to not move my arms too much after yesterday's weights and resistance band session.
Stuck to the letter of the program today due to the aching in my upper body (may do some leg work tonight).
Weights and resistance bands again tomorrow (with either a nice 3 mile walk outside OR another 3/12/30 on the treadmill depending on the weather) and it's then off Christmas shopping with Mrs LeeU.
