Should have worn my baseball cap. It was lovely when I went out. Crisp and wintery. Just how I like it. Couldn't see with or without specs but strangely the sensory blast added to the fun of this run. Managed 5K again and am going to take all the brilliant advice on and consolidate this - new for me - distance. Tweaking my November Quest to achieve "fartlek" running. Looking forward to #Fartlek Fridays" 😂🏃👋 Sorry.
