Spot the heron

Back to week 1 of c25k after injury. Managed to get out for an earlyish run while Mr Rabbit had a long lie. Always love running on Arran. Windy but not enough to affect the runs. Didn’t bother with listening to Steve Cram or music. Rough timing with my Apple Watch and enjoyed the sound of the sea.
