... One of those days when you wake up in the morning and know that everything is ๐Ÿ’ฉ

The ordered parcels do not arrive on time, even if you worked hard for a week. Computers don't work as they should and you bump into things you didn't even know were there a few times. ๐Ÿ˜

All you want to do is stay warm in bed and crack open a bottle of strong wine and maybe put on some intelligent horror movie to go with it, after which you at least seem a little relieved.๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

God, I don't want to go jogging today! ๐Ÿฅบ

So I waited for the carrier (the second one didn't come anyway) and I headed out.

Quite a nice day.. so I directed all my anger and frustration at my nemesis - running! I hate it so much! I could be lounging on the sofa, drinking wine and watching TV series. Instead, here I am trying to run up a hill (up a hill!!) and I'm really glad no one sees that desperate figure who looks like every next step is going to be her last. I just can't find anything positive about today's run.

So I thought I would drown the depression๐Ÿ‘บ in running. I passed the chapel and continued on.

I ran to a place that I don't know what it is, but which I internally call "At twelve marigolds", after the fairy tale "About twelve marigolds" - I hope someone here knows it?

Well, it doesn't really matter.

But I ran further and higher than I expected ๐Ÿ˜€

PS: I am happy when I can have trips (and tourism) connected with some "cultural" ๐Ÿ—ฟ experiences.

It's nice on this route that there is a chapel first, then 12 marigolds (or it doesn't matter what it is :-D)

Further on, the path only leads to the lookout tower, but the last part is quite steep and I haven't dared to do that yet. I would also like to get there one day.

But running uphill is not a completely wonderful thing, and it won't work in the circuit back either (there it goes down so steeply that you have to go down on your back. Complete terrain. How do I know? I got lost there once.. :-D) .

Well, we'll see on Friday.

But on Friday it will only be a maintenance 5 km, it will work.. :-D

Happy running!!

๐Ÿ6k after a dismal start to your run is excellent. I admire your tenacity in doing it in spite of everything screaming inside of you โ€ฆ.I sincerely hope some happy hormones kick in after the run??

Marigold!

Thank you for your kindness and faithful encouragement!๐Ÿ‘

Well, maybe the hormones are working somehow, but I think that for me (as a natural lazy person) the greatest happiness is that I'm over it and that I don't have to run anymore.

That makes me happy enough!๐Ÿคฃ
