Another chuckle
"I just call 'David,' and they all come
running
in." "And, if you want them to come to the table for dinner?" "I just say, 'David, come eat your dinner'," she answered. "But what if you just want ONE of them to do something?" he asked. "Oh, that's easy," she said. "I just use their last name!

Garmin coach 1/2 marathon.
I’m on my second week of 1/2 marathon training with coach Greg on Garmin, but I am
running
less kms and slower than I would normally. As it’s my first Garmin coaching foray, I was wandering if this is normal to get everything back to basics? My usual
running
week is: 10k, 5k and 10k.

4.5K Rainy Intervals Run 🌧️👍
I wasn’t looking forward to
running
this morning. The forecast was rain and although it’s milder than the last few days, I enjoyed
running
in the cold on Saturday. Rain is not my friend.

NRC 10k Week 2, first run
My most compact
running
gear is rolled up in my small carry on bag and I'll be wearing my second best
running
shoes for the journey (dainty shoes also squashed down to their limits in the bag). If I do get out for a run I'll be adding Italy to the list of countries I've run in.

C25K completed :-)
Is it good enough to continue
running
5k 3 times a week or should I increase distance? Motivational tips would also be greatly appreciated 😃

Have a physical job and have been able to carry on but this year festination developed, walking often turns into
running
short steps until I can grab something to stop or fall. Inside the house seems worse, especially if I'm carrying something, always crashing into benches to stop.

Did a lucky dip with guided runs and did "The worst advice ever" a light hearted "inspirational" 30 min run with a coach debunking all the
running
myths going. It was entertaining and you didn't even think you were being coached but you clearly were!

Nike Run Club 10k Plan…Week 1 liftoff!
I’ve been
running
long enough to go out on consecutive days but I doubt I’ll be doing five runs a week! There’s something super exciting about kicking off a new plan at next year! Anyone tempted to join me in road (or treadmill/trail!) testing this one?

Week 5
Why is the first 3 - 4 minutes
running
so hard? Should I run a bit in the initial warm up period? Any suggestions?
