Couch to 5K finished, I started on 11th August finishing my last run on Saturday 29th whilst running my 3rd park run in 34 minutes and 12 seconds, who would have thought it, I remember those first runs ( what a killer) anybody starting or still trying to complete their runs, if I can do it so can you. 😊

I started C25K on 4th of August and completed it on 28th of October whilst running my 2nd Park run. 😊😉😆
