Nike Run Club 10k Plan…Week 1 liftoff!
I’ve been
running
long enough to go out on consecutive days but I doubt I’ll be doing five runs a week! There’s something super exciting about kicking off a new plan at next year! Anyone tempted to join me in road (or treadmill/trail!) testing this one?

Hypothyroid - Vit & iron levels
I’m not currently on any supplements (since
running
out of a multi vitamin a few weeks ago), apart from a Vit D 3000 IU spray daily. How long should I wait to take vitamins after Levothyroxine in the AM?

Week 5
Why is the first 3 - 4 minutes
running
so hard? Should I run a bit in the initial warm up period? Any suggestions?

kit washed ready for a run the next day. Then it hit me. In the middle of the night, like a dose of Norovirus.

Wobbly iron will 😠
Was determined not to let the week pass without
running
at all, so stuck to my guns, wouldn't be swayed by offers to go shopping, have another cup of tea, chat for ages about "the amazing puppetry in Fraggle Rock", (not my POV I have to say😆) there'll be time for all of that.

CATCH-up-CORNER...WEEK 3...Slip off the running shoes and come on in!
Maybe, if you have been
running
over the last few weeks, you are beginning to see and feel the seasonal changes... maybe you have run in the rain for the first time?

I think it’s PPMS
About 18m ago I started to noticed when
running
my left leg started to ache more. More recently after a long walk the toes on my left foot would slap down. I had an issue exasperation with stiffness in both legs, weakness in my right arm and double vision.

Crtd - can I set the bpm limit myself?
I obviously don't want the device to zap me when I am
running
or working out. I'm 44 years old and extremely fit. Will I get the opportunity to decide for myself at what level the device is set at or will I have no say or will it be decided between myself and the doctor?

Mother's Day
He will not be with me long because he is
running
home to go pick up his girlfriend to go see her parents . It's not because of the girlfriend that he has limited his time with me . He has no desire to see me at all . He hardly ever talks to me and if he never did he would be happier.

Week 1 the thought of
running
5 mins seemed daunting now on the cusp of graduation I'm really impressed with the program, the great info on this forum and the encouragement I've taken from it. Thanks all I'll keep you posted.

First run after hernia op
I'd asked the surgeon how soon after the surgery could I start
running
again and he'd said 4 weeks - so today was the day!

Growing Old Disgracefully but Sensibly!
From what I have read today, (this is all
running
related) the age thing is not such a big deal, in fact keeping
running
beyond age 70 is a major plus, but there are things that I could have been doing to help myself.

London pain management specialist
recommendation but would anyone be able to send me a direct message if you can recommend a pain management specialist in London because I haven’t had much luck so far I’m currently on Buprenorphine 10mcg patches but they barely last 4 days and are meant to last 7 so I’m having to change them early and risk
