New smartphone just for running?
My iPhone is full of photos, messages blah blah and generally like an overstuffed sideboard ☺️ I thought about using the empty shiny new one just for
running
with Nike Run Club app 🤷♀️ Keeping it super tidy and uncluttered. It’s a Samsung A20. I’d need another Sim ?

Been keeping myself going by doing

on the spot and some weights. This morning I did a Youtube vertual 5k in the London Marathon by

o dear 🤔🤔🤔🤔
Started with 5 minutes walking and the idea was to continue with 5 minutes of
running
and then another 5 minutes of walking for about 30 minutes in total. However after just 4 minutes I felt a twinge so I stopped
running
immediately but have felt it all afternoon. 😢😢😢 I’m devastated.

HR Stats on Phone
I felt fine after my run, and once I stop
running
it takes about 30 seconds or so to get my breathing back to normal. Should I be worried by these stats ?? Thanks all for any advice !!

Advice please - pain along bottom of feet when running
I suffered quite badly with shin splints towards the end which put me off and I stopped
running
. Picked back up again this year and on week 4 now. Now I’m
running
longer I notice an unbearable pain spanning the bottom of my foot, on both feet!
