Hi everyone! Having graduated C25K originally quite some time ago, I'd forgotten about week 5! I know, how could I....π€£Anyway, I'm just back from an exceptionally soggy week 5 run 3....I did it!!!
That feeling never gets old does it, you know the one, you set out determined, but wondering how......then, you trust the process, listen to your coach.....and you do it, all of it! Absolutely smashed it in fact........

My hip pain is also gone by the way....strength training with small weights and a whole lot of stretching does the job, every time.
