Hi, first post here. I have varicose veins and am an endurance runner. I have not run since January 2024. Since injury and to keep cardio up, I ride 120 KMs a week. I am ready to return to running and was wondering how long will it take me to return to previous level of fitness after having time off since January. I am an intermediate to advanced runner. How many KMs should I run, and will I be fit enough to run in a running race in 4 weeks? Any tips welcomed. I have not had surgery and don't intend too
