Pap17 never went away

So sorry I can’t believe it’s 6 months since I last posted. I am about still running mainly once a week and still attempting to get my times down to precovid times. Currently on average at or around 33 minutes. Did a 10k in November 2023 involved a lot of walking along with some running completed about 1 hour 11 mins. Did a non stop 10k last week 1 hour 18 mins so can walk it faster than I can run it 😂. Will continue with my 5Ks and May venture onto the new revised C25K app not sure yet. Have a new dog now hoping to have trained up for agility when te time comes but currently only 6 months old so has a little while yet.

Hope are doing ok and running nice and steady. Stay healthy and run when you want.

We definitely need photos of your pup!! It’s good you have kept up a run once a week. Lovely to hear from you!

Welcome back and so good to hear that you are still running...and a new companion, who, in a while, will certainly be keeping you moving!

Now you are here, stick around and maybe head over to Bridge to 10K, a few of us there, just back to 10K after a while away!

Hooray! One of the things I *don't* love about the forum is wondering where people went... so it's really good to see you.

welcome back! Good to her you are still running and doing really well by the sound of it- I highly recommend a doggo running companion when your pup is old enough - in the meantime we need pup spam!

Ahh hello! I was thinking of you the other day when I was updating the entries for HU10, wondering how your running was going. It's good to hear you're still running 😊

Well hello 👋 Your 10k sounds like my 5k (back in the days when I could actually run before long Covid 🙄).

We all know any running is better than none, so run on 😁 My ambition is to be joining you this year 👍🏃👍
