Violent coughing after 2 years using ecig
I managed to
quit
smoking
2 years ago (after 30 odd years) using ecigs (doubt if I would have succeeded without). All's been brilliant until about 4 weeks ago when I started coughing very violently each time I inhail on my ecig. I do not however cough when I'm not using my ecig .

Health scare
Hi All, I'll try and keep this short :-) About 3 1/2 months ago I started to loose my voice. I had no sore throat or any symptoms of a cold etc. I decided to see my GP as after 10 days I could hardly talk. I was then 'fast tracked' to see a specialist within a couple of days. I was given an operation

Stent put in place
I
quit
smoking
before I had the stent put in and I'm trying to follow a cardiac diet. The problem now that I am having is that I feel more tired now then I did before the stent. My energy level is lower I'm having a hard time staying awake.

Stopping smoking while suffering from anxiety...:-(
Hi! I'm 56 years old. I've smoked, on and off, since about 19. Gave up completely when pregnant and nursing, and smoked very little when the kids were small. Then my nervous breakdown hit, and the daily couple of cigarettes turned into twenty a day, because of my anxiety. Help!! Now I've really got something

Breathless, annoyed and getting nowhere! Any advice appreciated ? COPD
If it is COPD I know that as an heavy ex-smoker it is possible (
quit
18 months ago after
smoking
for 18 years), I was breathless then but no where as bad and decided to quit because of my health and my family.

Having troubles sleeping any advice?
So I'm new to this site, I recently
quit
smoking
6/06/15 I decided to
quit
because I kept getting some pretty bad throat problems, where after smoking for a few days my throat would start hurting extremely bad to the point where it hurt to swallow, so I decided enough is enough and I quit cold turkey

So my plan yesterday was to go to the gym and put my patch on after.... only I forgot to put the patch on and any time I remembered I wasn't in a place to do it or I didn't have it on me... before I know it the day is done and I haven't had the patch on all day. Ive just been using the big patches and

Almost at 6 months and stopped the NRT
Hi Lovely People On the 12th July I will be at 6 months. What a battle this has been but so worth it. NRT patches, gums and dissolvable strips have really helped me disassociate from physically lighting up. I've let myself have as much or as little as I wanted. Just stop the cravings. One week ago I

Important dietary information for diabetics and people with eczema or psoriasis.
I know that my diet had a great deal to do with it. and my
smoking
did to (so I
quit
after 30 plus years of
smoking
. even 2 cigarettes a day is too much and suggestion that 2 won't make a difference is, in my opinion irresponsible . you can only tell if this is true for you, by acting on a very basic

I really hate this!
I have just been comparing this to when I
quit
smoking
and what I did to counter cravings when I was driving. Chewing gum and... barking. I would actually start to spontaneously bark like a dog at passing traffic.
