Stuck

I feel stuck. I just got a full time job with overtime so I am making some money. This was just another dream come true for me to have landed employment. However I’m stuck in my past and I feel anxious about the future. I don’t want to be homeless and am currently living with my parents even at 46 years old. I take medications to control my depression and anxiety. I feel so miserable sometimes like people are getting to my head. What should I care what they think? I don’t like the pity. I just want to keep going. I quit smoking and drinking already but there are other lifestyle changes that I need to do something about. It seems I’m living just to eat and sleep? Where is the joy of just living? I want to run but my injuries keep me back. I feel insecure like I’m not good enough and am destined to fail. Something must be done!
