Day 11 QUIT smoking (used to smoke average 10 per day more than 12 years)

Hi I’m new on this it’s my 11th day quit smoking I feel really good about myself sleeping eating going well having more fruit as a substitute to smoking believe it or not but I’ve been having Nordic spirit nicotine pouches I have 7 left out of 20 pop up on your thoughts people :)

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your quit so far. I had to Google the nicotine patches as I have never heard of them. If they work then great! People quit using different methods. I'm going cold turkey as that seems to work for me, and education. That how I have done it before. Not far ahead of you on day 18 , we got this 💪 👌
