Hello all you lovely people, I hope you are all well and keeping positive about your
quit
journeys. When we decide to
quit
smoking
, many of us think "how will I manage without a cigarette" Others think okay I have quit , I shall be a new and healthy person from now on.

Not 100% certain, but I've been using a Juul since Feb when I
quit
smoking
, about a month ago I started having extreme pressure in my head, I switched to lower nicotine % and for 3 days it went away, I went back to higher nicotine % yesterday (they were out of the lower) and bam I woke up with the same

How Does Smoking Affect Sleep??
Nicotine withdrawal and sleep
Some people experience extreme fatigue once they
quit
smoking
, especially if they go cold turkey. Our brains rely on a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine to keep us awake and alert.

Day 1 - Quit 1.5 hours ago
Hi all, I'm new here and I am deciding to
quit
cold turkey following previous unsuccessful attempts to reduce
smoking
/use a vape/use nicotine supplements. My problem is that I very much enjoy smoking and more so enjoy the routine of it.

🚭🙄How to Recover From a Smoking Relapse🙀🚭
Nip

thoughts in the bud and protect your
quit

Recovering From a
Relapse
If you've smoked one cigarette (or more), junkie thinking has gotten its way. It will continue to influence you if you let it.

Factors Identified for Risk of Second Cancer in CLL Following BTK Inhibition
Note that these findings are correlations and more studies are needed, but if you needed an incentive to
quit
smoking
, perhaps this report will help.

Struggling :-/
Recent ekg, chest xray, and blood work says my heart is fine (I'm 36,
quit
smoking
in February, then anxiety took control), but it doesn't keep me from the ..."but what if" questions. I'm on buspirone for anxiety, but don't think my dosage is right, as I have some symptoms every day.

Angry Bird
Sad to say that after 10 months of being
quit
I picked up the nasty habit again. I have been
smoking
for two weeks and tried quitting on Saturday. Woke up really angry and unmotivated on Sunday. So depressing. Has anyone out there gone through this - waking up angry and completely unmotivated?

To quit now or quit later?
But I'm worried that if I quit now the moment I'm out of the hospital all the stress, fear, pain and of course my lovely phobia of docs and hospitals will push me right back into
smoking
. Should I wait to
quit
till after? Or quit now even though the risk of me starting again is so high?

Hello all , 24 months approaching 😎👍
It’s weird as had to get ill to
quit
smoking
, and had to get ill again to lose the weight I gained through quitting ! Just take care with your quit journey and if anything doesn’t seem right , get yourself checked .. even the slightest that doesn’t seem the norm ...
