Hello. I just logged back in and am surprised to see that it's been 2 years since my last post. Unfortunately I didn't quit but went back to full time smoking.
Anyway, I'm on day 1 of champix and going to try again.
Apart from the obvious health benefits, it costs $47 a packet of 30 in Australia now. I ready again for the instant financial gain and slow health improvement s of being a non smoker. A week or so of smoking then 00000 again

Thanks for your encouraging words, 5 days to go to let the champix build up in my system, then it's day 1. The day can't come soon enough.

I'm back nearly 4 weeks in. 
Smoking again after 3 yrs
Trying again!
It's been 9 months since my last post but I'm back and almost 48 hours smoke free!! 
After 3 weeks smoke free.. I went back to it again!! It's hurting and I hate myself!
