Hi Everyone

I quit smoking 129 days ago using Champix whilst I am very proud of the fact I haven’t smoked in 129 days, I smoked for 26 years and never thought I could quit! I am struggling recently as I have put a stone and a half on in weight! I am only 5ft 2in so can’t afford to carry weight do not suit it at all! I go to the gym at least 3 times per week and still the weight is creeping on instead of craving cigs I am craving chocolate anybody any tips to curb the chocolate intake 😤 thank you in advance!

Gmcg29 ..congratulations 129 days is amazing 💪🎉

We all gained some weight after quitting .

Obviously smoking damages metabolism that’s another problem with cigarrets .but don’t be so strict with yourself ..You have to give your body a chance to recover ..Celebrate you are not suffering any smoking related desease .Stay positive you will feel and look much better .🦋
