I'm new here. I am male, 26 years old. I have been smoking for the past five years. And today I decided to quit "Cold Turkey".
Yesterday, along with my office colleagues, I went to play football early in the morning. It was not even fifteen minutes, I couldn't run and I was heavily exhausted. I couldn't breathe easily.
Back in my college days when I was not smoking, I used to play football for complete 90 minutes and I never felt any kind of breathing problems caused due to running. Now I realized the after effects of smoking and decided to quit.
Dear Friends, I will need your support to continue this No Smoking Journey.
Thank you all.

Hello SachinStark, cold turkey is hard core so be prepared for some unusual and strong feelings and emotions. But it is one hell of a ride, so in some masochistic way it is enjoyable. Keep busy and always keep this place close. Good luck
