Hey everyone, I have been smoke-free for about 4 months now and still going strong. I got rid of my temptations and withdrawal symptoms. It was kinda hard in the beginning, but it subsided as time passed. I hope everyone here is trying their best to quit smoking and living a healthy life. Don’t give up and don’t forget to believe in yourself. Take care and have a great day ahead ✌️.
