Just done WK5R3, hadn't been looking forward to it but it was totally fine, actually enjoyed it. This is from someone who quit smoking in March after 16 years, has asthma and is overweight. Very impressed with couch to 5K so far!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒ 😊

Thanks AlMorr, I've read that elsewhere too so will be concentrating hard next run

Just take the first two runs of week 6 particularly slow and steady and you will be πŸ†—.

Awesome! Those are some impressive achievements, congratulations! πŸŽ‡πŸŽˆπŸŽ†πŸŽ‰ You'll be graduating soon, absolutely outstanding stuff.

Well doneπŸ˜€πŸ˜€ I did my w5r3 today too, Really pleased, even thou I was going at snail pace. it really gives you a boost to think where we were at week 1πŸ˜€ 3 weeks to to graduating

Well done, a real achievement! I bet you couldn’t have imagined being able to do that a few weeks ago. You’re well on your way now.

Great job, you're well on your way now. Agree with Almorr that the next run can feel harder than expected so don't be surprised, just take it steady and you'll be fine 😊πŸ’ͺ

Very impressed with you too! πŸ‘πŸ˜„ Well done. πŸŽ‰πŸ‘ Onwards, ever onwards. And beware of Running Addiction - easy to catch (but much better for you than smoking!) πŸ‘πŸΌ

Fantastic!! Me too.....was really worried whether I could make 20 minutes. I’d already had to put it off as wasn’t running on that scorching day on Thursday. So off I set in the rain today and I am so so chuffed to have run constantly for 20 minutes. I do the same route and 5 weeks ago I struggled to even get round with all that walking. Loving running and so pleased to be in a good habit with it now.

That's brilliant, well done you! That's the biggest leap in run duration and you nailed it! There's no stopping you now.

Take W6R1 slow and steady, and before you know it you'll be at 25 minutes non stop with energy to spare πŸƒπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
