I’m sorry to post so frequently! My growth scan showed my baby is looking quite big estimated 5 lbs 11oz at 33 weeks and 6 days. She has had a huge growth spurt on her chart! Tummy measuring over. 96% on centile chart which sonographer said is the biggest indicator of a bigger sized baby. My grown up

Encouraging results after two months on ADT
In my initial post, I explained details of my case. In short, diagnosed in October, Stage 4, bone Mets, PSA 15. Lupron shot and started Zytiga November 17. PSA mid-December dropped to 0.47, and I've been feeling really good. Intermittent sciatica, but no pain many days. Eating healthy, physical therapy

Bladder prolapse post partum
Hello, I’m 37 and 3 months post partum. Right after my labour I had toilet issues and my pelvic floor was non existent. I’ve been told I have a possible grade 2 bladder prolapse and I also have a need to pee if I walk a few mins down the road. It’s getting worse not better and really affecting my quality

Pain and breathlessness. Specialist says I'm not breathing properly. He has referred me to physio for breathing correctly!
I had a heart bypass op some 20 years ago. I've been diagnosed with my left diaphragm not working properly. Other specialists have said it's asthma and yet another specialist said I've got lung disease. I can only push out 200 to 250 on plastic thingy, sorry forgot what it's called, and have pain

New year, still here - jabs and tree-dismantling injuries notwithstanding 😬🎄
Well, November was a bit of a washout with both the flu jab and the booster knocking me sideways. Since then I'd been quietly getting in my little run walks, building up the run sections until they lasted 8 minutes, when my Christmas tree did for me. I was kneeling down to unscrew the base for dismantling

Have any males had successful pudendal nerve Décompression Surgery in Nantes France please
This is a question for males with pudendal neuralgia/ entrapment. Have any of you had pudendal nerve décompression surgery in Nantes in France and was it a success? I am considering this after suffering for over 3 years now ( I have tried endless treatments and seen a number of specialist pelvic physiotherapists

4th time lucky?
I completed c25k last January and after a good many weeks consolidation, I started Juju's 60 mins plan. Not long after reaching 60 mins (about 7k), I started having problems, first with my hip then knee. Saw a physio and no running for a couple of months. I really wanted to get to 10k so tried again

Bursitis /Arthritis hip area - any advice?
Well I couldn't be lower than a snake's belly (as the saying goes!). Following 4 weeks of a stubborn, debilitating cold virus (not covid), I had the onset of pain on outer edge of hip that has got so bad I couldn't sleep. I've had to take prescribed painkillers which are helping me through the night
