Insomnia

Hi.

So I've been having a flare up for the last month or so now but for the last 3weeks I can't sleep ill sleep for a hour maybe 2if I'm lucky a night then bam I'm awake all night I can't even take a nap in the day even tho I feel tired

I've tried breathing techniques meditation relaxing music taken TV and mobiles out of the bedroom. Make sure I don't drink caffeine or eat a heavy meal before bed I have a set bedtime I've also tried creams sprays etc and still nothing works I'm loosing my mind without any sleep it's making my flare up feel ten times worse and I'm just getting constantly run down with bugs

Any suggestions x x
