So it has been over a week being on my HRT therapy - second time I have been on HRT. Before I was on Prostrap SR and tibolone, this time I am on Decapeptyl and Tibolone. I have AWFUL anxiety, it is making me very exhausted. I find the evenings much worse, my heart races so fast I feel like it will come out my stomach, feel sick and headaches alongside insomnia. I have tried meditation and relaxing and currently trying to do studying. Struggling to adjust, also find I need to urinate CONSTANT! Anyone else have this on this HRT therapy? Really finding the anxiety symptoms difficult to endure. thank you
