Has anyone tried online therapy? I see it advertising everywhere wanted to know if it’s worth a try. I have been doing yoga,meditation and exercise in between also using chamomile tea which is great when I am having problems sleeping or feeling anxious and need to relax both mind and body. Some days I feel good and some days I get anxious and nervous for no reason with panic attacks. I have a lot of issues with family members and not much friend I can talk to about what I am going through that’s the reason I am asking about the online therapy. I have never been to therapy but at this point I think I am considering doing it because lately I have been having more anxiety and panic attacks.

no...sorry...but I have heard a few who have tried it....don't remember...hopefully someone here knows....
