Suffering horribly with anxiety and depression.

Going downhill fast
Medication, therapy,

, exercise and diet have helped somewhat, but I'm still suffering. The worst part is not getting nearly enough sleep. Please tell me there's a light at the end of this tunnel.

PMR GCA FIBRO
I tried acupuncture,
meditation
/relaxation/deep diaphragmatic breathing , and stretching using 7 yoga stretches. It has helped with pain and given me a some more energy. I am retired and thought my stress was low, but doing this every morning I see how tight and tense my muscles are.

Medical conditions on your profile, why can't you log non medication treatments you have used?
Would have thought it would have been helpful on the profile to show treatments like CBT,

, acupuncture, counselling, etc Seems to be set up only for medication treatments. If there is a way to enter non medicated treatments I would be interested to hear.

Anyone else find mornings the hardest?
I've found mindfullness
meditation
very helpful too. It really helps me detach from the negative thoughts and emotions and realise they are not mine but simply my conciousness reacting and expressing. It's quite a liberating feeling. Hope everyone else here is having a good day.

Improvement update
I have been able to minimize my restless legs through an elimination diet, good iron right before bed, and progressive relaxation

The TNE hospital also provide a

, mindfulness group, that is one day a week for 8 weeks. I've put my name down for that, so we'll see.. Anyway, the main point of this post - is that I swim a lot, and when underwater with ear plugs, I notice my tinnitus disappears, I have total silence?

We can just try to practice mindfulness, and it is not the same thing as
meditation
( as I thought before). Mindfulness is just being aware of what is going on this particular moment.

Help can’t cope with any stress 😢
I’ve got supplements, have counselling and
meditation
but when even a small issues arises ie neighbours being horrible to me etc I just breakdown. It’s making me so sick and I have very little support so just don’t know what I can do.
